Important Shipping Notes
Orders not bearing all the data requested by the order form will not be processed until all the data required will be available, especially a telephone number, necessary for the courier;
”Courier shipping up to two items” option, at a discounted rate of 30,00 Euro, is available only for the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden. Orders for more than two items may benefit from the normal courier shipping rate for a single package.
Orders that select a country fare different from the country of destination will not be processed if this may result in a fare lower than the one resulting from the correct destination. Differences resulting from eventual excess payments will be reimbursed following the policy as stated at successive number 6.;
Orders not consigned for incorrect address or telephone number, for absence or not retrieved from an access point will be abandoned, to avoid a return fare. If for some reason the parcel is sent back to us with a charge from the courier, it will not be sent again to the client unless the return charges and a new shipping to the client are previously paid. If those payments are not received within fifteen days from our request to the email address visible on the order, the order will be annulled with no refund.
Reimbursements will be made detracting administrative costs and commissions to the payment platforms for receiving and returning.
