White wine, obtained from organic grapes of Trebbiano, Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia del Lazio varieties. Alcohol13 .5° %. 750nl bottle.

The name of the wine (in-una, i.e.: in one) reflects an innovation in our wine blending originating from a harvest, good in uality but meagre in quantity, that could not allow the production the two sorts of white wine we usually crafted.

Trebbiano and Malvasia del Lazio on one side and Malvasia di Candia on the other were separately processed and then assembled. One third of the blend rested four months in barriques before rejoining to the two thirds that remained in steel reservoirs.
